Honest Injury Lawyers — SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program. Honest Injury Lawyers ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS text-messaging program. When you opt in, we send you (a) the auto-insurance coverage-check results you request, and (b) related coverage tips, appointment/reminder notices, case and account updates, and information about Honest Injury Lawyers.

2. How to opt in. You enroll by submitting the contact / Auto Coverage Check form at https://honest.law and checking the box that says you agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide. Checking that box and submitting the form is your express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service — you can use the tool and get your results without agreeing to texts.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you. Reply START to re-subscribe.

6. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 888-850-8549 or pierre@honest.law.

7. Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. We respect your privacy. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy: https://honest.law/privacy-policy

9. No attorney-client relationship. Receiving texts or submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship. This may constitute attorney advertising.
